Awkward No More!
I was just so overwhelmed last night. It is still fresh on my mind what had happened. It wasn't the first time we eat together, me, my two little sisters, my cousin and my mother, but the big deal about it was that...hmmm..(pause). --weew-- I was able to lead the prayer before eating. For the first time in the history of our family. I think, it was also the first time we prayed in the dining table, waited each other for us to pray and eat together. A big change happened on myself and on my family. What's funny about what i had experienced is that, my youngest sister don't know how to make a sign of the cross. She was just 3 years old and I am the one who taught her before we began the prayer. My sister look so cute. She still couldn't memorize it. Instead of 'holy spirit', she recited, 'holy espirito'. LOL. I thought it's going to be awkward but it turned to be so memorable. I was so happy that they accepted it well, praying together before eating. Because we're not used to it. hehe.
So, you guys, before you think anything else, when you have something to do, a change, in your family, just do it and you would be surprise what will happened next. DO IT NOW!
